Tracy Rifle and Pistol v. Harris

Plaintiffs in this case are challenging California’s ban on “handgun-related” speech, a ban that is currently preventing firearms dealers from advertising from storefronts. On July 16, 2015, a district court judge permitted the ban to continue for the duration of the trial, despite the fact that the court acknowledges that the restriction on the plaintiff’s Free Speech is likely to be unconstitutional.
