Radich v. Guerrero

Plaintiffs are US citizens living in the Mariana Islands, where the United States shares a Political Union. Plaintiffs are challenging laws prohibiting the importation, ownership and possession of handguns and ammunition in the Mariana Islands. They are also challenging the “good cause” requirement for obtaining a Weapons Identification Card, based on equal protection under the law.
