USCCA TO HOST SATURDAY RECEPTION AT 2017 GUN RIGHTS CONFERENCE

BELLEVUE, WA – The United States Concealed Carry Association (USCCA) is hosting a Saturday evening reception during this year’s Gun Rights Policy Conference in Dallas, Texas.

The Gun Rights Policy Conference is an annual event co-hosted by the Second Amendment Foundation and Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms. This year’s event is being held at the Westin Dallas-Fort Worth Airport Sept. 29-Oct. 1. It draws gun rights advocates and grassroots activists from all corners of the country, along with visitors from other nations where gun rights movements are in their infancy.

Tim Schmidt, USCCA founder and president will be on hand and he is also one of the scheduled speakers during the opening full day of the conference.

This year’s featured speakers will include SAF founder and Executive Vice President Alan M. Gottlieb, SAF President Joseph Tartaro and a host of leaders in the Second Amendment community. Past speakers have included Michael Reagan, Larry Elder, former Congressman Bob Barr, John Lott, Mark Walters, Tom Gresham, Massad Ayoob, Larry Pratt, Sandra Froman, Wayne LaPierre, Alan Gura and Emily Miller.

The Gun Rights Policy Conference typically draws hundreds of people and is free to attend. Included in the weekend activities is the annual Saturday awards luncheon. This year’s event features a full schedule of panel discussions on a variety of Second Amendment-related topics, from elections to court activities.
